Send your emails faster and error free with the Webpower Approval Manager

Do you want to prevent mistakes or errors from occurring in your emails? Use the Webpower Approval Manager. This way you get the definitive version of your emails checked by a test group, before your recipients receive them in their mailbox.

The advantages

  • Send all emails error free
  • Share the responsibility
  • Fast feedback from your experienced test group
  • Avert mid sending changes

Send all emails error free

Do you use an RSS-feed to automatically retrieve content from your website for your emails? Or do you want to be sure your emails are perfect? The Webpower Approval Manager is the ideal tool to get your emails checked by your test group. Only after an email is accepted by the test group, the email will be sent to your recipients.

Share the responsibility

Gather a test group with attention for detail and create a test group in the Webpower platform. We recommend using the same test group every time, as they will become more and more experienced and know precisely what to look for in your emails. Because emails can’t be sent without the testgroup, you share the responsibility for sending emails.

Fast feedback from your experienced test group

Set a time limit in which the test group should either accept or decline an email from being sent definitely. The only thing the test group needs to do is accept or decline the email within the set time limit.

Avert mid sending changes

Using the Webpower Approval Module, emails can’t be changed or altered in between the test group control and the definitive send out. This way only accepted emails can be sent to your recipients.

How does it work?

Sending out emails with the Webpower Approval Module works the same as with every other definitive send out, except you also set the data for the Webpower Approval Manager. This includes the test group, how many people will test the email and the minimum amount of accepts before emails will be sent definitely. This way an email cannot be sent if it is declined too many times or if it is not accepted within the time limit.

If changes should be made to an email, the creator will receive a message. After the changes have been made, the test group will be asked to review the email again. Once it is accepted again, the email will be sent out.
